Rani at Paper Mirch has told us....The beauty of our products lies in the story, the process and the people behind it. Having grown up in India, I am fascinated by its rich cultural heritage and traditional Indian craftsmanship.
We live in a modern world overflowing with technology and fast production, but our aim is to keep these age-tested processes alive and celebrate the beauty of handmade products.
At Paper Mirchi, we work closely with small family-run units in India, where the artisans are passionate about their craft which has been passed down through generations. All our products are made using 100% recycled cotton rag paper, and go through a slow and thoughtful process, from conception in our London studio to execution in the historic state of Rajasthan.
We blend design and colour trends with traditional artistry to create a timeless range of handcrafted papers and greeting cards, that you will love and cherish.
Over the past six years, our small business has grown from strength to strength, with winning multiple awards and a network of over 700 stockists worldwide. I am grateful to
my team of incredibly talented artisans who create all the magic that you see in our products.
