GBo Paisley Pillow Boxes

Our stunning gift boxes are handmade from Lokta, a shrub that grows in the foothills of the Himalayas. After being harvested, it is boiled, cleaned, and beaten with wooden mallets to produce a fibre pulp. It is then mixed with water and poured into a shallow frame made of bamboo poles and canvas, before it is dried in the sun. Natural dyes and details are then added to the paper by the skilled artisans, creating the beautiful, acid-free paper.

The Lokta paper covers recycled paper card to give the boxes their structure.

Due to the handmade nature of our products each one is unique, but loveliness comes as standard.
