The Creative Membership Card is your pass to a whole range of privileged offers and services exclusively for members, to facilitate your aims.
Your membership gets you; -
Advance notice of all new premium collections and ‘Pre-Buy’ discounts of up to 20% off the intended sale price. That means you will receive an email at least 2 weeks before any new Premium Collections are put on sale openly and you will get a personal discount for each new product in that range right up until the official launch date. If you are a Kaweco fan, then that would mean getting the new Piston Fountain Pen for £116.79 instead of the full price of £145.99 or the gorgeous Kaweco Art Sport for £86.00 instead of £107.50!
Consistent Discount of 5% on every purchase made online in addition to any discounts already applied. That’s 5% off every purchase you make online.
Enhanced Loyalty Points of 5p for every £1 spent, either online or in the shop.* This will give you a minimum total of 10% saved on all purchases made online or in our Brighton Shop.
Access to our Lifetime Service Agreement for your fountain pens, including those purchased prior to membership.** This agreement also provides free support in helping you get the best from your pens through advice and guidance, as well as an annual clean.
** Lifetime Service Agreement - Offer is subject to physical assessment of your pens and we retain the right to declare pens unserviceable based upon, complexity, age, condition and fragility. Where we can we will provide the service, however, the final decision is that of the company’s. This is undertaken in the customer’s best interests in ensuring pens remain complete and undamaged. The maximum number of pens that can be registered from previous purchases is 4.
*** You can register a maximum of 4 pens previously purchased (whether it was from us or not), all subsequent pens bought from us will be added. Note that pens bought elsewhere during membership will not be covered by the Service Agreement.
Terms and Conditions of Membership
As part of our commitment to providing you with relevant information we would like to send out one monthly newsletter informing you of new collections and all Pre-Order offers. As a member you need to agree to receiving these newsletters and we undertake not to send you anything else by email or text. We also undertake not to call you unless it is specifically with your permission regarding an outstanding enquiry.
Only pens that are registered at the time of membership application and those subsequently purchased from us can be included within the Membership Service Agreement. All pens will be physically assessed on each service visit and may be denied inclusion based upon complexity, age, condition and fragility. The company’s decision is final and is in the interests of the member in ensuring that the pen remains intact and retains its current useability.
To register a pen, please note its make, model and any problems currently being encountered. This will be assessed when the pen is first brought to the shop for its annual clean. When you register your membership either online or in the shop, you will be sent a welcome email along with a Pen Registration form, where you can register your pens. ***
We ask that you allow email or text contact for new member contact and subsequent monthly letters only. There will be no other information sent to you and your information will not be shared by anyone else.
We will also require contact information to communicate any progress made with pens left with us to pick up later.
Any decision to disallow communication via email or text will render membership void and all membership benefits will be revoked.
Upon creating your membership, you will be given a card, you must look after the card and do not lose or damage it. Should you require a replacement card then there will be an administration charge of £20 to cover the cost of the dard and the administration of transferring the membership to the new card number.
